This could be a waiter, host, server, porter, cleaner, etc. We cover the industry background, roles & responsibilities, CV prep, job applications, interview prep, and your first day on the job. - Duration: Approx. 2 hours (can be completed over multiple sessions).
- No start date required: You can start the course at any time/date.
- Video and text content: 10 videos in total (plus lots of imagery!).
- Recap quizzes: To keep the students on their toes!
- Post-course assessment: A short assessment to test the students, which they can retake if they fail.
- Completion certificates: Available for download when the assessment is passed.
