You're mental - Students earn quick and effective mindful techniques to calm the mind and get the full benefit from time in nature.
Fit Out - Bodies come in many shapes and sizes, all can be fit and healthy in their own way. Learn your type and how to look after it.
Grylls Skills - Finding your way through life can be challenging. Basic navigation and outdoor skills, are confidence building and fun to use.
Leave No Trace - Take nothing but photos, leave nothing but footprints so nature can be preserved and enjoyed for generations to come.
Wild Things - Explore the incredible diversity of our native plant and animal life.
What a legend - Learn local history and mythology as you walk the paths of our ancestors and heroes.
Each programme is 2 hours but several may be combined for half-day or full day events.

2-hour programmes can be combined to form half-day or full-day events over longer distances on open-hillside, lowland mountains. On such routes, extra teachers / SNA's may be required for student support.
